Scenic rivers curve through the land, merging peaceful nature with the bustle of city life. Tourists flock from every corner of the globe, wishing to experience the culture at least once in their lifetimes. And through every street roams the feline, carefree, fearless, and with the city at its paw-tips.
Florence is home to a wide variety of cats, each of different nature and standing. Some enjoy the comfort of a warm home, loving humans, and maybe even a first prize ribbon or two. Others take to life on the streets with great ease, living only by “carpe diem!” Regardless, be it a pet or a stray, the city holds something for everyone. Come morning, noon, and even night, the cats are always willing to play.
