Venomwind slid gently through the meadow, tracking her prey noiselessly. She had made sure earlier that no one was following her. Shiningheart was recovering rather nicely from her wound. She can walk around camp now and give orders like she used to do. But both Blizzardshard and Mosspelt were adament in her not having any warrior type duties for a while more.
There! She spotted her intended targer. Venomwind glided toward it, as silent as the wind. The creature she was tracking was on top of a flower. A purr rumbled in Venomwind's throat, but she silenced it. A few more paw-steps, and she leaped.
If a butterfly could make any warning sound, this one didn't even have time to utter a murmur before it was pinned beneath Venomwind's sheathed paws. She purred in delight and released the butterfly, watching it flutter away a bit dizziliy.
